SHOP POLICY / ORDER INFO
Just like you, handmade items are unique and special in a way that is all their own. Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may vary slightly. Please allow slight variation between the stock photo and the item you receive.
Our processing time is 2-5 business days for standard orders, custom designs may take longer. This does not include shipping/transit time. All order are shipped using USPS First Class mail and can take 2-7 business days. If you need your item by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering.
Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS, sadly, we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, such as a delay or your package has stopped moving, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
If a package is returned to us due to customer inaccurately entering their shipping address at checkout, customer is responsible for shipping costs to reship items to correct address.
We want you to be happy with your order. That being said, if you are not satisfied with your order, We can offer a you a partial refund of your purchase after you return the item and We receive it. You must contact us within 7 days after you have received your order. You must contact us before returning any order (for refunds or exchanges). Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on custom items, or body jewelry.
We take care to package each order in its shipping container; We cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses during shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, We cannot provide a refund of any of the shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that the refund has been made.
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- All jewelry should be kept dry, please do not wear while swimming or showering as this will ruin the item.
- Exposure to chemicals and liquids can damage or discolor your jewelry pieces. Even everyday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your jewelry.
- When performing manual tasks, remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, exercising and sleeping.
